  It is a gamble to eat here, I've had times where everything went well but the last time I did my online order I waited in line for 50 minutes, I would've bailed if I hadn't already paid for it. So not doing that again.

  Waited in the drive thru for 1hour never even reached the speaker, cars wrapped around the building reaching the street, we went inside and tried to get our order taken in there and got told by Evan the manager that they closed down at 9pm and yelled at us to get out of his store. The employees apologized for him and tried taking our order inside but Evan refused and continued to yell at us and tell us to get out of the store. Other employees fighting inside the store and not doing their job while customers are waiting 1 hour or more just to get their food. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. This location is going to end up being closed down if they cannot get it under control.

  You have to pay for a side of nacho cheese, which I don't mind. But they literally gave me like a whisper of it in the cup. If you're going to charge, at least give me the two oz I paid for.

  When we asked for a certain type of food item. They said “What can I get for you” We thought they misunderstood and asked the same question. and they repeated aggressively without answering our questions like an AI, “What can I get for you” We decided not to do business with them due to their tone and their service. We were first told that food will take 20 minutes. So we ended up tried to go to a better location with a better staff. However they wont even make the cars pull out and not make them wait in a parking lot. Mind you there is a parking lot right next to the drive way.

  Went in to get lunch tried to use the kiosk but it didn’t show the nacho belle grande like I wanted, so I waited for a cashier. Asked for no cheese sauce no beans and no sour cream. Add lettuce and tomato and onion. It was given to me just the meat cheese and chips I asked for it to be fixed and they just threw lettuce on it and said have a great day. An employee was cause a scene just before this so I think their minds were else where. Disappointed and won’t be back.
