  I visited this store at 12:30 pm on 8/29/2026. The dining room was not busy, yet I was entirely ignored by four different workers. I wanted to place a dine-in order and stood waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. Not a single staff member came over to help me, forcing me to leave unserved. The drive-thru had six cars, and it is clear the staff prioritized them while completely failing to acknowledge an in-store customer.

  My husband and I went for dinner around 7:30pm on 7/11/2026 and it all exceeded our expectations by far the food was fresh and delicious filling at reasonable price. The service was very friendly and quick the 2 lady's were wonderful and the atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean. There doing a great job at this location.

  This is the only Arby’s I go to in my whole county the food is clean and the staff actually do their job the manager here Dave is an excellent. If you’re driving through here, this is the only place that I would get food from especially this chain.

  ❤️❤️❤️ Long time fan of Arby’s! It was my grammas favorite splurge meal. We only dine at Arby’s once or twice per year and every time it’s enjoyable! Thank you Walled Lake Arby’s for supporting a long standing family tradition ❤️❤️❤️
