First I will let you know to do a call ahead which is what they call their reservation which is what I did. We had dinner. Everything was delicious!! They also brought us a mini loaf bread with some butter at no charge. Our son had Strawberry lemonade to drink and the grilled salmon with an everything baked potato and macaroni and cheese for his sides there's an up charge for having the everything baked potato and there's an up charge for the macaroni and cheese the reason for the up charges is because he added everything extra to the baked potato and the reason for the macaroni and cheese is because that's not one of the sides the dinner cones with it's a side but to have it with a dinner it's an up charge. He also added a side salad for an extra amount. I had Strawberry lemonade to drink and I had lobster tails dinner that came with melted butter and my sides I chose was an everything baked potato which there was an up charge because I added everything to the baked potato and my second side was a sweet potato with honey butter on it and I added a side salad for an extra amount. Everything was delicious and for dessert our son and myself shared a skillet cookie that had hard served ice cream on it drizzled with chocolate and caramel it was so yummy! Our waiter was Jim very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and when we needed some foods to go that we didn't finish because we were stuffed he put the foods in separate containers for us and gave us a bag and to go silverware. He was the best!! We also got a steak dinner to go that had mashed potatoes and seasoned rice that was delicious also when we ate it later. We had a moc-croc drink it was enjoyable and refreshing and we got to keep the crocodile that came with the drink our waiter Jim said we get to keep it. The atmosphere was moderately loud but not too loud we could still talk normal and we could hear the music the Outback was playing. Management she was very friendly she stop to see how things were going we told her great. If you are ever in Michigan and you are on Alpine Ave in Grand Rapids I believe the part of Grand Rapids where Alpine Ave is located is Walker. I highly recommend this place! This was not our first time here and it will not be our last!

We stopped in impulsively after a 'soft foods' need following a dental procedure.
Katie was our server. Friendly. Great! She mentioned she would get us our food but would pass us on to Kristina when she would be leaving. She assured us we would be in great hands with Kristina, and we were!!! Both servers were super attentive and obviously loved their jobs.
Our food was Outback to perfection!

Mother's Day weekend...We shared a ribeye and lobster tail, with a baked potato dinner tonight- the ribeye was so tough and chewy, and the lobster was tough as well. The baked potato was cold. We didn't complain, because we were starving, and hadn't had anything to eat all day. Very disappointing- food is too expensive, to have it be a bad experience.

Ordered through door dash and realized there was nowhere to ask for A1 sauce, so immediately after placing the order I called the restaurant and told them there is nowhere to add A1 could they please put it on my order, whomever answered assured me that yes they would add it to my order. I went through all these bags and guess what, no A1, no butter for the bread or the baked potato, no sour cream either. 60 bucks for food and they couldn't throw butter, sour cream or A1 in a bag. Oh and the Parmesan cream corn was terrible, the steak was the worst I've ever had! Chewy and gross, at least the A1 could have masked the awful taste some. Times are tough right now, when people spend money eating out at least the restaurant could provide them with everything that they ordered.
