    I placed an order online on 6/17/26. After my payment was processed there was a confirmation and then after that it showed no progress. I called store 3160. The manager said there is no online order from me and there was nothing they could do. I called corporate and they said give it a couple of days if the payment is pending it will fall off. Well it did NOT fall off it became a permanent charge on 6/19/26. I called again and they said it may take up to thirty days we have no record of your payment. My money was stolen and I get no refund. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not bring your business to this location and if you do and they mess it up do not expect corporate to make it right.

    I cant believe they pay this guy who took my orer today. There was only 1 other car there and i had to wait to have my order take, and all the jerk did was say "jimmy johns" so i ordered a # 11 i waited more time because he dropped the lady in front of mes credit card, and she had to get under her car to retrieve it so he just shut the drive up window and let her wighout a sorry of anything. I got to the window and he took my card handed it back to me, handed me my drink and then eventually handed me my sandwich still said absolutely. How rude can ya be? Not one word except "jimmy johns!" No thank you, no have a nice day! Heck a robot couldve done that!!! I said to him your welcome and drove off. I used to like this jimmy johns but i eont go back and i will tell others about it! No straw either!!@ what a jerk!!!

    I placed a large catering order 48 hours in advance for an 11am pickup time. The order was for 9 party trays for a corporate lunch that was scheduled for 120 employees at 12pm. When I arrived at the location, there were no customers. I walked in and they immediately informed me that they were “a little behind” on the order. I sat down to wait and eventually realized the order hadn’t even been started. I waited over an hour for them to make my order without any updates. After about 45 minutes, I asked how much longer it would take so I could get word to the 120 employees that were waiting for their lunch. They said “about 10-15 more minutes.” I made a quick call to let everyone know the food would be there 15 minutes past their scheduled time. That was a lie. It took 30 minutes for them to complete my order AFTER the 45 minutes I had already waited. All they did was say “sorry for the wait!” I would suggest if this ever happens again to anyone that they either A. Call the customer ahead of time to let them know the order is delayed. B. Offer delivery instead of letting the customer wait for 75 minutes. C. Offer some sort of discount or free sides to accommodate the 120 people that had to cut their lunch short. D. Offer to carry the boxes to the vehicle. They did absolutely nothing to make it right. Overall it was extremely inconsiderate and showed incredibly poor planning on their end. I feel 48 hours is enough notice to know what time you need to start prepping or add additional staff. If you do place an order at this location, maybe give them 2 weeks notice and place your order 3 hours before the scheduled lunch time.
