  Purchased food from the Vassar Taco Bell and drove up there to pick it up and they refused to fill our order because it wasn't in their computer even though we had a receipt to verify our purchase. We then decided to order at the speaker and we were told by the employee that they would not fill our order because our order can only be done on the app. I called this morning at 9:00 and was told that a manager was not at the store which I believe is a lie due to managers have to open the store turn the alarm off and open the till in order to set up for the day. The lady on the phone that I spoke with was extremely rude talked over me and ultimately just hung up on me after trying to call back up there I realized that they took their phone and disconnected it. Taco Bell in Pastor has stolen our money and we are ready to boycott out front and create a very nasty media release!

  I walked in happy as could be and then when I left I was not I was treated very poorly and my quesadilla looked like a half a pizza bc it was not cut and my friend made fun of me and the worker started laughing at me and then they made me use the tablet to order I’m disappointed in vasser Taco Bell

  I hate ordering on the keyosk when employees are standing behind the counter looking at me, why aren't the humans taking my order yo?! Humans need to stand up against AI or they won't have a job soon.

  Would not take my order inside of the store. Was told I had to use the kiosk. I'm not a person to use that. So I Guess what I'm saying is poor service especially if you were already at the register and wouldn't accept my order. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
