- ACArtsy Chick3 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible since re opening. I understand being busy and am not complaining about the wait or the lines. I but have not gotten one correct order since they opened (maybe 7 or 8 orders). Both through drive through and delivery. Missing or incorrect sandwiches, missing, incorrect or wrong size drinks, no sauces. At this point im just taking the longer drive to rawsonville or Michigan Ave because this is crazy.

Now I am at window waiting still with no answer and my customers order is right there. What are they being paid for? Seems like the most laziest workers at McDonald's. They for sure would be fired if someone seen what they were doing. I need to get paid for this doordash and they are wasting my time and gas and customers money because I'm sure his order is cold. Now I see them with a nasty mop bucket by thefood and they walked away trying to avoid looking at the window. I would not go here at least on a Sunday night Monday morning!

Ordered on the kiosk and waited another 10-15 minutes for my food. Got home and got the wrong food... for a place that just opened it seems like they could care a little more.
