Disappointing

We went back to the window to ask for the assortment, which is what we ordered. They didn't have any with sprinkles, chocolate, or even plain glazed. We asked for a refund. The manager was very rude and he said it's an assortment, you get what you get. He then put his hands in the box sorting and said here is one with sprinkles. We will never go back here! Manager needs an attitude check or get out of customer service!
