  We ordered 2 dozen assorted dots. When we opened box, the dots looked liked they were covered in dirt. We went back to the window to ask for the assortment, which is what we ordered. They didn't have any with sprinkles, chocolate, or even plain glazed. We asked for a refund. The manager was very rude and he said it's an assortment, you get what you get. He then put his hands in the box sorting and said here is one with sprinkles. We will never go back here! Manager needs an attitude check or get out of customer service!

  Way overpriced! $21.85 for a dozen doughnuts!! They also charge extra for for certain individual donuts that you've ordered from the dozen we ordered. They used to be reasonable. But at those prices, you can find it cheaper and better somewhere else.

  They took the donut machines out the entire store so the donuts be cold. I might as well buy the ones from the grocery store if that’s the case. I don’t even bother going any more . And these are my favorite donuts I can eat a dozen by myself I’m really sad about it because I’m not driving to the Oakland mall location because I don’t live nowhere over there smh. Every time I went the employees were always nice.

  this coffee taste like actual buns. I don’t know what is wrong with it but every time I come here, it taste like stronger than a black coffee when it has two creams two sugar and caramel in it I don’t know what’s wrong with their machines but something’s wrong with it and they always give me a small cup when I ask for a medium absolutely ridiculous

  This is a very clean restaurant in the dining area. There was no garbage on the floor or tables. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The employees were friendly and the service was prompt and always a happy friendly attitude. They got my order right at the register and when it was brought up to us. There is a drive thru but we went inside instead. The parking lot had a bunch of small garbage laying around a lot of cigarette butts on the ground no one picks up. I'd definitely be back. The variety of donuts is pretty good and they feel fresh and taste amazing.
