  Overall, it was a nice setting for a kids’ birthday party. Pros: Communication was good throughout the planning process. Everything was set up nicely when we arrived, and I really appreciated being able to come in 30 minutes early to finish setting up. Cons: The cleanliness of the plates and silverware was pretty bad. Honestly, some of the silverware looked like whoever wrapped it just did not care at all, which was disappointing. Our server was very nice, but service was a little slow when we needed things, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t very busy. I also noticed there seemed to be a lot of employees standing around, but not a lot of work actually getting done. Overall, the party space worked well and we still had a nice experience, but cleanliness and attentiveness could definitely be improved.

  1st of all the dining room should definitely be available if you don't have kids and are not playing the games. It was so LOUD! You couldn't even hear yourself. That was the worst. Hadn't a not been for that it would've been fine. You need to make choices. I am definitely not going back if you don't open the dining room. Tell your corporate offices. Our server was very good and very attentive.

  I’ve been going to Dave and Busters for years, but this experience left my family and me feeling humiliated and marginalized. We were there with our children, and my wife and two of our friends. Because of religious and dietary restrictions, we brought food for my daughter while still ordering food from the establishment. When manager DJ approached our table, there was no proper warning, explanation, or courtesy. He pointed at the food and shouted for us to put it away. I simply asked if he could at least say “please” and speak to us respectfully. I wasn’t even given a chance to explain the situation. Instead of having a respectful conversation or de-escalating, he immediately called security and had me, my family, and our friends removed. Management later contacted me and acknowledged that the interaction could have been handled more courteously. However, I was shocked that not even a simple apology was offered. Instead, I repeatedly heard that they would “deal with DJ internally.” No family should leave a family-oriented establishment feeling marginalized, humiliated, and unwelcome simply for asking to be treated with basic respect.

  Very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s. I was there with my husband, our daughter, family and friends. We did order food from Dave & Buster’s, including what we could eat within our dietary and religious restrictions. We also had our daughter’s food with us because of those restrictions. She wasn’t eating it that much at the time, so my husband was nibbling on a little of it. Assistant Manager TJ came over, pointed his walkie-talkie toward the food in a very dismissive and disrespectful manner, and told my husband, “You can’t have this food here. Put it away.” No please, no explanation, no respectful conversation. My husband literally asked, “Can I at least get a please?” Instead of simply explaining the policy, TJ immediately escalated the situation, called security, and wanted my husband kicked out. My husband was not drunk, fighting, yelling, or refusing to follow a rule. He was simply asking questions and trying to understand why he was being spoken to that way. The worst part was our daughter getting scared because of the situation. I was very scared for my husband, and I have anxiety issues which made it worse. A very upsetting family experience, and the way we were spoken to was egregious.

  During my recent visit to Dave & Buster's, I had the pleasure of being served by Jordan. Despite sitting for quite a while without anyone attending to us, Jordan came over from a different section to assist us. His proactive approach and willingness to help made a significant difference in our experience. He was friendly, attentive, and ensured that we were well taken care of. It's refreshing to see such dedication to customer service. Thank you, Jordan, for going above and beyond! Also, they have great specials for kids and adults. We were there in Monday night and it was nice to get to games without waiting. My teen daughter and her friend had a great time.
