  We came to Dave and Busters on Sunday June 28th for my son’s birthday. Austin was our waiter and he was awesome. He was very attentive and helpful. This is one of the best experiences we’ve had at Dave and Busters. Next time I come I will definitely ask for Austin as our waiter again. :)

  I had a fantastic experience at Dave & Buster’s, and a big part of that was our server, Alecia! She was warm, attentive, and friendly from start to finish, and made sure we had everything we needed.

  I would like to recognize Nick for his outstanding customer service. I was carrying food in my hands, and before I even had to ask, he noticed and came right over with a bag to help me. It was a simple gesture, but it showed how attentive, thoughtful, and proactive he is. His kindness and willingness to help made a great impression on me and made my visit even more enjoyable. Employees like Nick are a great asset to Dave & Buster’s, and I wanted to make sure his excellent service was recognized. Thank you, Nick! Employees like Nick truly make the customer experience better. Please pass along my appreciation for a job well done!!!

  Had a great time it was late in the evening came in with six people got taken care of promptly. Everything was wonderful food wise game wise most things worked couple that didn’t. They gave us credit back and was very nice about it. Thanks for having a great staff here five stars for me.

  Service/check in, can really use some training. They had zero idea how to make it where I can use my app card. I had to explain numerous times what I needed. They still looked at me like I had 4 heads. They then told me i had to buy a new card. Fine, done. Then tells me I can't transfer my credits or tickets over. Still rendering my card on file useless. I ended up just walking away because they had no clue. Why have people running the desk if they don't understand how to transfer points or how to use the Dave and busters app? I guarantee we are not the first person to misplace their physical card. I later food a gentleman on the floor and asked for assistance. He explained it's a super easy process and walked me to the ticket counter where they were very helpful. The young man who fixes the equipment is very helpful, very kind and great with customers. He ended up helping us several times due to games repeatedly breaking. Hopefully check in person gets some training because it made for unneeded frustration especially with tons of yelling field trip kids near by.
