  First time goers ...the food was great! Atmosphere was very nice, dimmed lighting and soft music so we could hear each other talk. Our server Austin was so nice and very informative! For 3 of us to eat a nice meal and play arcade games in the AC was a decent price

  It used to be a lot of fun to come here but lately when I go, everything seems to be down or broken in some way. My past view visits have resulted in a lot of lost points because I swim a game that just glitches/ doesn’t have any of the balls/ something like that. It happens so frequently that I don’t think I’ll be back again.

  Not impressed with restraunt staff at all. Kitchen staff mixes up orders. Food arrives over done. Steak was finally served after everyone else had finished eating. Games are credits without starting. Ticket prizes were worthless for the amount of money you had to spend to win enough tickets. Pretty much all kids games now. Not the more adult games like the use to have. I'm very disappointed.

  My boyfriend and I was there last night. I've been coming there like once a month for the past three months and playing a few games ordering food and drinks at the bar. The bartender Tyler D was very rude. Normally we see a young lady she's very friendly and caters to her bar well. When we approached the bar we were sitting for a second he came up and asked could he help us we were still looking at the menu. So he walked off to help other guest. He comes back we tell him what we want and he brings back the drinks that's a big no no at Dave and Busters they're supposed to ask for ID I've been told that they're on camera and they watch. He brings the drinks we ask where is the dragon fruit and strawberries that come with it. He got smart and said we were paying for the liquor and not the fruit and that he was all out. We then proceeded to order another drink and some nachos. When the nachos came I wanted salsa so my boyfriend yelled for the server who brought them out who was also rude. He heard me and he just kept walking so Tyler came and he got it for me. My boyfriend made a comment and said dang yall charge for salsa they don't come with it...and he said no not these ones. So my boyfriend proceeded to say yall charge for everything but don't have the stuff to garnish our drinks. He said well you guys did order an hour before close we'll have more tomorrow. He didn't offer any water or ask did we want another drink when the food came he just sat the bill down in the holder didn't even ask if we wanted anything else. We had to ask for our own water. I wasted $43 on more game chips and we didn't even play anymore games the way he acted after we ate the nachos we left. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at this place.

  I always have an amazing experience thanks to Ashlee at Dave & Buster’s! She goes above and beyond every time I come in. Not only is she friendly and attentive, but she actually remembers my order all flats, lemon pepper chicken, without me even having to say it. That level of service really makes you feel valued as a customer. Ashlee keeps the energy positive, makes sure everything is just right, and always delivers with a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides this kind of personalized service. If you’re lucky enough to have Ashlee take care of you, you’re in for a great time! P.S. she doesn’t like sweets but it’s something about DB’s birthday cake. Lol 💙✨ *****New Review -4/20/26***** Server Sandra S. Horrible Customer Service Today I had a very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s with my server, Sandra S. To start, I waited about 15 minutes before she even acknowledged me, and when she did, it was by tapping on the bar instead of greeting me properly. I ordered 10 all-flat wings for the Monday special, and she repeated the order back correctly. After another 15 minutes, she brought out only 8 dry flat wings. Thankfully, another staff member, Robin, stepped in and corrected the order by bringing the remaining two wings. When I was ready to pay, things got worse. She charged my card $19.07 instead of the correct total of $12.19. When I questioned it, she insisted the charge was correct. After disappearing for several minutes, she came back asking for my card again to reprocess the payment. At that point, I refused… The entire experience was frustrating from beginning to end. Between the long wait, incorrect order, and billing issues, the service was unacceptable. I ultimately left the extra $7 due to the poor service, but I felt completely taken advantage of. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. So, I’m sitting writing my review and the waitress delivered the wrong food to me. I advised him that this was not my order “Hamburger and French fries” the employee looked so confused, it was a customer 3 seats down from me stating it was his order. Horrible service
