It's clean, staff pretty much stay to themselves, and there are plenty of games to choose from. On the other hand, quite a few games were either broken or being repaired and a few of the broken games were just taking tokens with no "out of order" type of sign on any of them.

Jackie made the whole night! She was attentive and beyond accommodating. I have an allergy and she made sure to communicate with the kitchen to provide an allergy free meal. On top of that she was just amazing and super kind. I will come back just to be served by her again

I am an ABA theorist, and we brought some clients to Dave and Busters for the day and we had the BEST time! It was hard trying to get all the orders for my clients and they had a hard time reading the menu and learning what games they could play with their unlimited play cards, and our server Jackie was AMAZING!! She was SOOO patient with our clients and was so funny and sweet to them and one of them kept asking her the same question due to her short term memory issues and Jackie was so kind and patient with her and went out of her way to make sure we were all taken care of and had everything we needed! She is the best! We will DEFINITELY be coming back here for future outings with our company! She really made a difference in our day and it’s rare to run into someone that goes out of their way and so far above and beyond for us and shows such patience!! Thank you Jackie!!

I used to love coming to this location, but the service has really gone downhill over the last couple of months. We visited recently and noticed they seemed incredibly short-staffed, and the employees they did have looked completely stressed out and unsupported by management. We had to wait forever just to get our food, and the floor staff seemed overwhelmed trying to keep up with games and tables. It feels like management is pushing out their staff or just not training them well, which is ruining the overall vibe. The games are still fun, but the poor service and high staff turnover make it hard to justify the price anymore. Hopefully, management fixes how they run things soon.

Had a shitty date night- a majority of the games I tried to play didn’t work, so my partner would have to walk across the game floor to the winners circle to get a card refund/ tell them the games was messed up. some of them were missing game parts like the balls on the “break the plate” game. or double charging me for a game and then the game not loading at all. Spent $100 on food/card/ drinks and didn’t have the time we expected that we would. it’s not uncommon for a couple of games to be messed up- but when it’s nearly a dozen- that’s a big problem. They refused to refund us for the money spent on the game cards- despite using less than half of what was loaded on to it. We left unhappy
