In total, it took me over half an hour to get my food, because they messed up my order then overcharged me when they corrected it. The two people after me also had errors in their orders, not sure what was going on, but definitely big inconvenience

Both days I have been there, Eric, Autumn and Addison were amazing with there customer service and were extremely kind from the moment I walked in the moment I left. Customer service goes a long way, and I hope that these employees are recognized for the effort they put into their work. I have found my new tropical smoothie location thanks to these employees!!!
