  First time there, an, "employee", was yelling/cussing out from the drive-thru window, THEN proceeded to almost give me someone else's order! 😡 I should have taken it, as I would have had a few free shakes! 😏 Second time, I waited well beyond the expected time, and the guy didn't seem too concerned, as he, "was the only one there."

  I don’t know who’s responding to these reviews, but it’s seems like they love to respond with “this isn’t our standard” but won’t actually do anything to help the employees who are clearly understaffed. I came today and the stalls are closed, maybe corporate or whoever own this establishment should take the time to make the change these employees deserve.

  Waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Went to a carport and rang the button, it shut off from being ringing for so long, rang again, turned off again. Went back to the drive thru that I saw was moving again. Ordered and got my food. Drink had no syrup, asked for it to be remade, waited in line again, and it still has no syrup. The workers obviously don't care enough to check the quality of their food and drink, nor do they care to actually take care of a customer complaint.

  I went so I could sit get and get a quick meal so I pulled up to one of the stalls you can order at waited 10 minutes and they told me they were closed right now so I went through the empty drive through were I waited another 5 minutes until they actually took my order overall this place isnt worth stopping at in my opinion spent 15 minutes just to place my order and then another 15 waiting on my food and looking around the area looks just dirty and hasn't been properly maintained need to take a power washer to this place

  Im sorry this is the worst sonic I have been to. I have seen an employee drink out of a customer drink before giving it to the customer.. I have witnessed half of the staff run into a delivery truck while they had cars in line just so they can goof off while the manger or so called district manger was there in the back . Also im.not sure but apparently sonic dose not care if you buy pre rolls or edibles from a weed dispensary while on the clock. He'll I've seen the manger or district manger walk from a weed shop with a bag going back to work. I do believe that this sonic definitely needs to be looked Into. Plus there give away food free at night.. that profit loss
