  Waited in the drive through for 25-30 minutes before I even got my order. Once I got my food the order was incorrect and not fresh. I will not be going back!

  I pull up 2order & I set there waiting 4more then 10min & theni was told me only the drive thur is open.

  i used the mobile app to purchase a Jr double cheese burger at the troy store on JohnR and 14 mile on Troy michigan i get there and it took 24 minutes of waiting in line I got a single hamburger no cheese but I paid for a double cheese burger. I should be refunded the money

  Gave us our drinks last so while we waited on fresh food we were thirsty. When we received our food the burger was put together sloppy and the so called cook to oder hot frys were cold ans soggy . This was my FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE!

  Very slow and unprofessional service one burger should not take 25 mins sitting in the drive thru.
