- LNLexi NicoleSep 26, 20263.0I want to start off by saying my experience was NOT awful but some pieces were unacceptable. Came here with a large group and the set up was very nice. One of the servers Alex, was amazing one of the best service experiences I’ve had we had 2 orders come out wrong and she was quick to fix the problem and served us with a smile the entire time. Lisa the other server on the other hand was not as charming. She had an attitude with every question and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Not the kind of service I would expect for a high fine dining place where you’re spending a lot of money. I also had an issue with my bill where she rang in my drink wrong and said “well that’s what I thought you said and that’s what you got so that’s what we’re charging you.” I felt like overall the situation could have been handled better. Overall I would come back and specifically ask for Alex.
