***DEAR MANAGER: DO NOT REPLY WITH THAT SURVEY LINK, I WANT YOU TO ACTUALLY READ THIS AND RESPOND TO ME, AND DONT DELETE MY REVIEW AGAIN FOR TELLING YOUR CUSTOMERS THE TRUTH***
I’ll tell you this, but it’s not often that I have to write a review complaining about how bad a place is, usually it’s congratulating the staff and their service… but the experience provided by the workers at this McDonald’s has continued to baffle me. Several times that I’ve been there to eat, there are roaches crawling on the floor??? There’s beetles in the soda machine?? Another thing to mention is the insane behavior some of the workers have, to the point that it’s making me question if they’ll hire anyone. While I was filling my fountain drink before, one of the teenage girl employees said to me “Yeah, you’d better get out of my way” as she approached me from behind. I don’t know if she thought it was a funny little joke or she thought we were best friends, but it’s unacceptable. There’s other things about this employee that I refuse to mention on here, because it would get this post taken down, and the owner or manager deserves to see this. It seems like several of the employees there have subzero standards, including a woman in what I believe to be a boss/manager position… it seems like she does whatever she wants, yells across the entire restaurant, goes out of the restaurant to talk to her friends in a car, and apparently she also is bringing her kids to her job too?? I don’t really have a problem with her bringing them, but it’s her complete lack of parenting that makes me mad. Her children who are around 8-10 years old are yelling and beating/hitting/slapping at each other over sharing food, completely disturbing everyone else there. Especially at their age, they should know better. However, the mother is still to blame. If you are forced to bring your kids to work, teach them to be respectful of the other customers, and if they are unable to, leave them at home. Overall, this is definitely a McDonald’s that’s worth skipping. Try the one on Rochester and Big Beaver, a couple miles down the same road as this one but south. Unfortunately for you, I doubt that they’ll be much better though. The last time I made a negative review for this McDonald’s, it seems like the owner must’ve not been too happy and deleted it, maybe it was because of all the photos of the bug infestation I have from their restaurant. That’s weird, and I’m going to continue to remake my review each time they want to delete it. I wonder if I reported this to quality control or the actual McDonald’s company themself if they’d do anything. ***One important last note is that not all of the employees there are rude, I’ve actually talked to maybe 3 employees and they don’t seem completely hollow inside, but it’s actually like they have a heart. How rare for such a desolate place!!! They know who they are, and the disrespectful workers know who they are too. To the good employees, this review isn’t directed to you, and please find a job that treats you better, you don’t deserve this.***

I ordered a Happy Meal with 6-piece Chicken McNuggets and swapped the apple slices for an extra kids’ fry.
First, both the fries and the nuggets I received were completely cold. I have also noticed similar complaints from many other customers about this location. I do not understand how this store continues to serve customers food that is cold instead of fresh and hot.
Second, I received only one kids’ fry, even though I had swapped the apple slices for an additional kids’ fry. I opened the box while I was still at the drive-thru and asked the employee about it. She told me that what I received included the extra kids’ fry.
Please do not respond by saying that both portions of fries may have been combined into one, because the quantity I received was clearly too small to represent two kids’ fries.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I have experienced problems with orders from this location on many occasions, with items frequently missing or incorrect. For example, one time I ordered pancakes for breakfast and did not receive a fork or knife. On another occasion, I did not receive syrup with my pancakes.
After the way tonight’s order was handled, I am extremely frustrated and finally decided to submit this complaint. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate management team and that meaningful steps are taken to improve both food quality and order accuracy at this location.
I want to emphasize again that this is not the first time I have experienced problems with this store. Tonight’s experience was simply the point at which I became fed up with the repeated issues and felt that I could no longer ignore them.
I sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously and that appropriate improvements are made so customers do not continue to have these same experiences.
