- ALAshley LewisMay 12, 20261.0I placed a order a week before Mother’s Day but needed to modify it. I called this location a handful of times and never got an answer. I called the Utica store and they answered the first time but was unable to help. I had to just place another order. I pick up my order on Mother’s Day and they can’t find my order details for about 10 min. Luckily I found my receipt or I wouldve been SOL. When they finally pulled it up, they were out of what i ordered they just immediately sent me a refund and sent me away. I was very polite but they didn’t want to accommodate or help properly/professionally. Will not be back

Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit to this Krispy Kreme location. I was treated with a level of disrespect that was honestly shocking. The cashier, Atlanta (if I’m spelling that correctly), had a terrible attitude from the start. When I asked for an ice-blended drink, she told me they didn’t have ice and couldn’t make any drinks. I said no problem and asked for a bottled drink instead, but she continued repeating herself in a rude and dismissive way, as if I didn’t understand. When I got to the window, she didn’t provide a receipt or napkin and then slammed the window shut. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning. I’d much rather go to Dunkin’, where customer service is consistently better.
