- GSGina SSep 14, 20261.0Highly disappointed. We order from here monthly for our doctor’s office, so we are regular customers and have supported this business consistently. I placed a mobile order and then decided to add another sandwich/order. I called to see if it could simply be added to my existing order since it was going to the exact same location. Instead, I was charged an additional delivery fee — even though I had already paid a delivery fee AND included a tip on the original order. I was told, “It can’t be waived, there’s nothing I can do.” There was clearly an opportunity to simply add the item to the existing order and deliver everything together. The extra charge itself is disappointing, but the lack of willingness to accommodate a loyal, repeat customer is what really stands out. Greed is an understatement. Unfortunately, you’ve lost our entire office as a customer. When a business values an extra delivery fee over keeping a loyal customer and an entire office account, that says a lot.
