  Don’t bother! They close an hour earlier than it says on the website. The single staff member would not speak loud enough for me to hear or acknowledge me. Go somewhere else!

  The person who made my sandwich put mayo on my Vito. It doesn’t come on it and I didn’t ask for it. It was gross, oozing all over. I couldn’t eat it, total waste of money. Also very slow sandwich making.

  My feelings are hurt. I was craving my Vito, finally got it, got comfortable, took a bite, and found a hair in my mouth. I of course started gagging and spit out the food. This is my last time ordering food from this location.

  I hate leaving bad reviews but this was an insane delivery experience. I ordered a sandwich at 11AM and it didn't get delivered until 12:30PM after I had called the store 3 times to ask what was going on, my last call to the store was at 12:15PM & the sandwich still didn't arrive until 15 mins after the call. On my 3rd call the nice gentleman(he truly was very nice) said he would have the driver come back to the store and get a new sandwich out to me right away, that's was at 12:15PM, that sandwich didn't arrive until 1:15PM.... The store is 4 mins (by car) away from my job & mayo can only be out an hour in 90+ degree weather. I work in a call center so I saw that the delivery driver was the same guy both times but I was on calls so couldn't even catch him to give the original sandwich back. I also only get a 30 min lunch & only have one car, which my partner has today, so I couldn't even go pick the sandwich up at the store. So now I have two sandwiches & one watered down Dr. pepper that has been out of food safe tempature for over an hour in 90+ degree weather & just have to eat one cause it's all I got for lunch.... At my desk... Hope I don't get sick. 😅 To the man that answered my calls at the store, thanks for being awesome! I don't want anyone in trouble but the delivery driver needs some more training or just have him stay at the store cause he most definitely wasn't focusing on delivering food in a timely and food safe manner.
