  They forgot to make my order. The manager didn't try to see what happened. Way too much happened to type but I feel it was racially motivated.

  Three men stood there just for one order with 3 sandwiches, which took 20mins to finish just one. And they didn’t even realize we ordered 3.

  Horrible service. The staff aren't personable nor welcoming.. the give instructions "your salad is in the refrigerator and you can grab your own drink', so fast and get offended when you attempt to confirm the instructions.... also, for any newcomers, the fountain drink machine isn't visible from the front door - so you're left to look for it on your own. To add insult to injury, my Greek Cucumber Salad is slimy.. Also note: placing your order online doesn't help either because they have a stack of food behind the counter with them waiting, making uncomfortable conversation inevitable. Never again.

  I stay away from this location usually because it’s always the same experience. Extremely slow service, nobody welcomes you, swearing left and right, no manors at all and dirty, seems like they all avoid eye contact and you feel ignored or inconveniencing them
