  Always check expiration dates! Food is constantly out that’s moldy, spoiled or expired. Tonight I bought pizza crusts that expired in June….it’s October. I should have known better. And the worst part is they won’t refund you over the phone - you have to go back to the store.

  Fresh Thyme used to be good! The people actually helped and were very friendly and knowledgeable about their food. Now the meat is old or bad. The checking out system is bad with one cashier or person that is in charge of the automatic cashier machines never smiles and is somewhat scarastic to the customers. Prices are outrageous for simple things. I use to enjoy going, because I enjoyed the people that worked there. No longer. I am lucky I still visit once or twice a year. Customer service is bad!

  I just left this store. I used the self checkout which only had bags in 1 of the 3 bag holders, the other checkout lanes were the same. There was an employee overseeing the self checkout but she was talking to another employee the entire time I was checking out. I had to go to another checkout lane to get more bags and put them on the holders so I could finish checking out. The employee looked right at me while I was doing this but didn’t stop her conversation to help or to load the other self checkout lane bag holders. Very unprofessional. She’s probably still talking to that other employee as I type this.

  I love fresh thyme market it also they have Natalie’s orange juice which I love that’s from Florida and it’s fresh only one ingredient oranges. I work next-door at The Tile Shop, and go in there all the time for lunch and snacks. Their produce is significantly better than something you get at Kroger or Meijer or target.
