- AAAim AJul 9, 20261.0I was so disappointed with dunkin donuts. I came here after a 3 hour dr appointment because I was craving a frozen blended coffee with two kids in tow and being heavily pregnant. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to go to dunkin and after ordering we were stuck in line for more than 10 minutes. There were only two cars infront of us. The guy in front of us had a drink and some goods completely normal looking order and it took him like 30 seconds to pay his order and grab his food. The guy infront of him was the one who was stuck for 10 minutes, I didn't see what he got but 10 minutes seems excessive. I asked for small frozen blended caramel coffee and a non frosted donut for my toddler and regular donut for my older child. Tell me why he gave me frosted donut for my toddler? Not only that my coffee had no ice in it. After I sipped it, I told him and he said no that's a frozen. I showed it to him and he asked the guy who made it who confirmed it was frozen so he just looked back at me and shrugged. I was so exhausted I didn't even bother arguing further and just left. Look at the picture I upload. It's what the coffee looks like 20 seconds after I got it with only two sips taken. You guys tell me if it looks like there is ice in it. The car was showing the temp was in the 70s so maybe it melted but if that was the case they should have remade it. It absolutely ruined my day. Avoid this dunkin donuts like the plague.

Unfortunately, three out of the five times I've been there, they've been completely out of iced coffee. I usually stop around the same time, so if this is a recurring issue, it seems like they should be preparing more ahead of time. I'm sure telling customers you're out of iced coffee might make things a little easier for the staff in the moment, but it's really frustrating to waste time stopping here only to find out they don't have one of their most popular drinks. I don't understand how the same location can consistently run out of iced coffee. Hopefully they can improve their inventory and preparation because this has happened too often.

Instead of being smooth, every few sips I was getting clumps through the straw, which made the drink unpleasant to finish. Matcha isn’t cheap, so I expect it to be prepared correctly. It felt rushed and like very little attention was paid to quality. Hopefully this was just a one-time mistake, but it wasn’t a great experience.
