  Overall it was ok place It was pretty dirty and crowded. The staff we ok not bad but don't feel like hoing back to this place

  They do not use a full scope when giving the order. 1/3 a scoop is what seems to be their consistent amount which is strange.

  This was my first time ever going to this Chipotle location, and it will definitely be my last. I waited in line for over 40 minutes with my two young daughters, only to be treated with complete disrespect once we finally got to the counter. From the beginning, the employee making the bowls was just throwing ingredients in without even asking me what I wanted. He picked the rice himself, added the beans he wanted, and I stayed quiet trying to avoid any problems even though the order was already wrong. When we got to the protein section, I finally had to speak up because my daughter only eats steak. I asked if they had steak, and the worker told me they were completely out for the day. I calmly said it was okay and asked if he could just put chicken on the side instead, but before I could even finish talking, he aggressively threw the chicken directly into the bowl. Not even a few seconds later, another employee brought out a huge fresh tray of steak and placed it right in front of us. I politely asked if they could switch it to steak since I had just been told they were out, but instead of apologizing, the employee immediately got an attitude and said he had already put a full portion of chicken on the bowl. I explained that it wasn’t my fault I was told there was no steak, and that’s when the situation got even worse. He started mumbling under his breath while two other employees standing nearby joined in with rude comments and attitudes, and one of them even slammed the plate down on the counter. I asked to speak to a manager hoping someone would handle things professionally, but nothing was done and the entire staff acted dismissive and unprofessional. What upset me the most was that my daughters had to witness the whole situation. They were confused, upset, and hungry after waiting that long, and I ended up leaving and going somewhere else to buy food because the environment became so uncomfortable. I’m honestly not someone who leaves bad reviews, and I actually love Chipotle since my family eats there all the time, which made this experience even more disappointing. This location seriously needs to reevaluate its staff and management because no customer, especially families with children, should ever be treated this way.
