- MMMCSep 24, 20263.0Update: I now understand the negative reviews. I witnessed an employee call a customer a "b****" due to very kindly asking for no cross contamination. I have received regular chips multiple times instead of large and this last time my large salsa was only filled half way. I was actually surprised by the negative reviews. I've done several mobile orders here and haven't had any issues.

- IBIan BoothSep 8, 20261.0They served me and my fiance room temperature cream and rice (both of which if left at room temperature can cause LIFE THREATENING foodborne illnesses). We ordered it and arrived 5 to 10 minutes after they said it was ready so it makes no sense that it would be room temperature. The steak was cold to the touch like it just got pulled from the freezer, was sitting out for a hour or two and never touched a grill top. When my fiance opened her guacamole we found a light brown blondish hair that was medium length and straight in the guacamole (we both have curly very dark brown hair). I would not eat here ever again unless I wanted to get food poisoning. Do not eat here if you know what's best for your health.

I asked to confirm it was $10 and the darkskin African American guy who was the cashier said it was $10. No receipt printed. Later I check my bank statement and I was charged $14. I return and the manager on duty said he couldn’t do anything and that I’m out of luck because he’s on the night shift and it happened in the morning. I lost my double meat coupon and didn’t receive any points. This Chipotle needs to have an adult as the manager and not some high schooler. Food is good but anytime it’s an issue they just don’t care to fix the problem
