- CZCass Zora6 days ago1.0Probably one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. The overall quality and cleanliness of this location were extremely disappointing. The food appeared poorly prepared and unappetizing, and the serving area was noticeably dirty and not well maintained. The service was also very slow, and the staff did not appear to be properly trained or organized. From the condition of the restaurant to the quality of the food and service, the entire experience felt unacceptable. For reputation of the brand, I expected much better. Even other fast-casual options, such as Sweetgreen, provide a noticeably cleaner environment and better overall experience. Unfortunately, this location was a complete waste of time, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.

I gave this location two separate chances, and both visits were miserable—not because of the meal, but because of the hostility from the team behind the counter. Customers are paying for a service; we aren't asking for charity. Baseline respect and clear communication should be the absolute bare minimum. If your employees can’t treat paying customers professionally or communicate clearly without an attitude, they shouldn’t be in customer service—and management shouldn't be running this store. Clean up your hiring and staff training immediately. Never visit this location!!

- JAJakk AmariJul 27, 20261.0This is one of the worst chipotles iv been too. Everytime i go i regret giving them more chances. Today was worst of all my past visits. The prep stations were disgusting and the man preparing the white rice does not wear gloves and you can watch him grab ingredients with his bare hands among his dirty station. Quality and cleanliness is not their priority and it shows. Please don’t eat from his location if you respect yourself.
