  I came in this establishment on mother’s day, unfortunately i do not have a mother to celebrate. I kid you not by the end of my meal i was just full meltdown sobbing at how many positive emotions were flowing through my body. My server Austin’s service was so good that he made me feel a maternal connection to him. 11/10 service. life changing experience. would absolutely recommend as long as Austin is your server.

  Austin was absolutely amazing. He was above and beyond friendly and helpful. My spouse and i had a very long day and it was a last minute decision to dine out with my spouse and Austin turned our moods around. It means so much to have people who are down to earth to talk to. Thank you.

  COME BACK TO CANADA!!! I have not been the same since. All of our locations closed over here. When I cross the border I go here so I can find my inner peace. I ride or die for Buffalo Wild Wings, and I still have my blazing wings headband as a loving memory of this franchise 💔 I wish my fav restaurant was in MY country. I wish the food was delivered by drone lol.

  What to eat on April 24, 2026 also draft night for the NBA. The server was amazing. I would not knock her whatsoever. Although, once we started telling her what was wrong, she started coming back to our table less. Which I could understand due to the fact that they kept messing up our order and it could’ve been embarrassing to her . But we ordered the unlimited appetizers two of them and it took over an hour for cheese sticks to come out so we sat there for a complete hour with no food. we ordered our food and everything came out cold, except the wedges . Mind you, we had five orders of wings, and one order of burger. They then brought out more food and it was cold the second time. The manager then came to the table to say all of the cooks were on vacation and it was only him and two new people in the kitchen and then they brought out hot food after that. So we waited over two hours for hot food. Everything else came out cold except the wedges. When the manager did come out, he kinda was a little snippy because we said something about the food being cold, but for someone who works in the restaurant industry, there’s no reason that a sports bar should have all of their major cooks off on the same weekend that the draft is going on. Again the server was not an issue. The food was not worth going. And after the terrible experience, you would think they would give a discount on our bill. Granite, I did not ask for one because they knew the service was terrible and they knew the food was cold. I should not ask for what they already know they should have done. I still pay my bill and I still tip well But you will not catch me going back. Also my onion rings never came !!! Not enough care for me! Server was Rachel

  I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had a mixed experience. The food was good, and the service from Victoria was excellent—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly during our meal. Based on that alone, this place deserves a 5-star rating. However, the experience took a disappointing turn after we left. One staff member ran out to the parking lot, stopped my car, and told me I hadn’t paid. In reality, I had already completed the payment using the self-checkout tablet at the table. He did not allow my family to leave until I showed proof of payment. Thankfully, I had requested a receipt this time—something I don’t usually do. This situation was extremely embarrassing, especially with other people in the parking lot watching, making it seem like we were trying to leave without paying. While the staff member smiled, there was no sincere apology—only an explanation that they are new to the payment system and still learning. As a customer, if there is uncertainty about a payment, there should be a more professional and respectful way to handle it. Stopping a customer’s car in the parking lot without verifying first is inappropriate and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this issue, as it takes away from an otherwise good dining experience.
