  Staff did not want to accommodate the fact that I don't eat beef and wanted turkey on my sandwich instead! Blamed it on management and they didn't want to get in trouble. So I asked why can't you just put turkey on the beef sandwich? I'll pay the same price. They figured it, but really? I can't have turkey?

  My roast beef was cold. Fries and buffalo chicken slider were fresh and hot.

  If you are hungry, you want arby's food? Come to the Troy, arby's. It's friendly. It's fast and the food is awesome.

  My food was overly seasoned 😔 and I called to let her know she yelled at me and said Lady nothing is wrong with that food Loud and Disrespectful

  It's been about 5 years since I've eaten at an Arby's and now I remember why. Although the food was good, and I got some good online deals, the experience was a mess. When I pulled up in the drive-thru, they said they didn't have my order, but then someone else checked and did find it. While they were getting it ready, I could hear people inside yelling at each other. When I got home, I realized that they had omitted all of the sauces for each item in my order (2x ketchup, 1x marinara, 1x Arby's sauce, 1x horseradish), and the drink was Diet Coke with ice instead of Dr Pepper without.
