- RFRachel FratinaJun 22, 20261.04 ladies were standing at the front talking it was around 7 am and I walked up stood there for about 5 minutes not one person greeted me I finally asked if they could take my order and one of them barked that I have to order on the kiosk I was looking for the iced coffee and asked what I should order because it doesn't say iced coffee and another lady barked we don't have iced coffee you'll have to order cold brew the food was good but this is the Great Wolf Lodge and I was expecting a smile and friendly good morning or even some kind of greeting I pass 4 GWL employees on the way to the DD and all of them smiled and greeted me. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location and even though I'm staying here and I love my dunkin I will be going elsewhere for breakfast the rest of my stay

I got half a dozen donuts, made my selection and paid, then about 5 minutes later an employees came up, pointed and said we have none of the donuts you selected and you have to choose from a selection of about 3 different kinds... I told her that's exactly the issue with mobile ordering and she told me it was a corporate decision and agreed with me... I wont be giving dunkin donuts any more business.
