They had no idea of any cake order that was made almost a month prior. Then called me back to tell me they don’t have a cake decorator, when I asked for a refund they offered me a premade cake, I declined and just asked for a refund. I had to go to the store to get the refund where they told me the cake decorator had a medical emergency. 3 different stories as to why a cake wasn’t made. They claimed they tried to call me, I received no call what so ever. Never have I returned, nor will I.

I also couldn’t understand the person through the intercom to save my life, which made ordering way more difficult than it needed to be. There also wasn’t any visible list of flavors, so figuring out what to order was kind of a guessing game. Overall, probably one of the most difficult drive-through experiences I’ve ever had for something as simple as ice cream. Bummer, because Baskin-Robbins is usually supposed to be the easy, fun stop.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
