  There was a hair in my sandwich, they got my drink order wrong and didn't put any napkins in the bag. Also the guy in the drive thru window had a real attitude. His name was Brayden or brandon I think.

  We were there for dinner. The staff was amazing and they took the time to prepare our food. I ordered the chicken cordon blue and they said that it would take awhile because they wanted it to be fresh chicken not one that had been sitting around. The sandwich was one of the best I have had at a Arby’s in a long time.

  Went through Arby’s just a few minutes ago got home no sauce for my chicken strips no sauce for my jalapeño poppers and the french fries was half full. Spent $50 on dinner tonight. Poor Poor food looks like my chicken tenders were cooked up twice or three times not fresh. Very sad. You figured they would serve better food than this.

  Ordered over 60 dollars worth of food and was missing half of my order. Then when I was eating my chicken bacon Swiss sandwich there was a bone in the chicken absolutely disgusting. When called to try and get a refund for my missing orders and my sandwich that was not edible they would not and would only replace it. What a joke.
