  I stood in line when nobody being in the store about 10 minutes before someone took my order and then 10 minutes after that they come tell me they don’t have what I ordered. They are not a friendly people at all don’t speak.

  The lady got my order wrong three times brought me the wrong order brought me the wrong food. Then when I got my drink and food, my oatmeal bowl was beyond greasy on the outside. The service was horrible. This would be my last time coming back to this establishment.

  Awesome experience at this Tropical smoothie! From the staff to the food and drinks, everything was amazing. The staff had a smile on their face & gave great service. Also the atmosphere was nice and clean. 10/10

  This place is horrible. So many people are complaining about food poisoning and poor customer service. I am certain it's not food poisoning. I literally watched employees go out of their way to hide out of my sight to mess with my food yesterday. They were rude to me for no reason. I spent almost $40 and left a generous tip and still got treated like a piece of trash. I definitely didnt eat the food after picking through it and noticing rotted pieces in it. After reading other reviews I noticed that there is an ai chat bot that is responding to them. I'm calling corporate. If I am not refunded my money and they do not review their own cameras to see what their employees did to my food i will be coming back to this place with a large group of associates to order lunch. And we will be watching them very closely. It would be very unfortunate for all parties involved if that has to happen.
