  Kids working inside will forget half of your order then make you wait 45 mins for the rest, if you don’t want to wait, no refund, I will not be returning

  Took 20 minutes to get food in the restaurant. There was a woman who had placed an online order and she had been here for over 40 minutes. You would think after 20 minutes the food would have been pristine and amazing, nope! If you're on your lunch break stay far away you will spend your entire lunch break here not eating. The food was super dried out when we did get it.

  Always end up missing something that will make me waste more time getting what I paid for. Food is edible at least. Ya know, when you actually get it.

  This place has gone down hill actually all of them have. For what you people charge for everything there's no food on whatever item you order. A hard taco is basically just the shell and lettuce. If you ask for easy lettuce there's no substance to it or anything you have. Do better! It will be a very long time before I give any tacobell my money. If you want decent fast food and get what you pay for try Culver's.

  I had came here on my lunch break and I was asked a couple times if I would like to round up for taco bells education fund, I had said no thank you. When I got my receipt I had noticed they rounded up. Again I was on my lunch break and had to be back in 15 minutes so I did not have time for them to process a refund. It's not a lot of money but it's the fact that I said no thank you twice and they still rounded up.
