  Branda is snarky and semi professional. Three items, a totally screwed up all of em. And told me if I had a problem to call 18 hundred taco bell, so I did. They didn't make things right. But the location did not.

  You know what you're here for. Cheap tacos and Mexican inspired messes. While the store is local, I avoid this location as much as possible. Service is non existent, the employees intentionally avoid all contact with customers. There are a few good employees on the morning shift, but afternoon and dinner are some of the worst in the service industry. Often missing parts of orders or making item incorrectly. I would say a 40% success rate as far as getting a modified order. The digital ordering kiosk desperately needs updates. While it presents all the options, actually typing in the order is a trial of patience and frustration. The food quality really seems to suffer from other locations. Trying new things like frying the Mexican pizza, serving a burnt oily mess that turns your stomach. Watering down the freeze dried beans to stretch out their safe food times. It makes no sense how they deviate from standard process.

  Got my order incomplete a lot was missing and they don’t answer. If you order her take the time to check your order is complete!

  Kimberly on the day staff was super kind and helpful. I accidentally ordered the wind thing and she was kind and understanding even though I was embarrassed
