We got the fried ravioli, boneless wings and a deep dish pizza and all three were amazing! We will definitely be back! Wear your stretchy pants or be prepared for leftovers.

While waiting for the pizza my spouse went and used the men’s bathroom. The entry door was filthy, toilet plunger had poop and toilet paper on it, poop on the seat just utterly disgusting. Got our pizza after the 45 minute wait and it wasn’t even hot barely warm and it is 30$ for a small deep dish. Husband talked to manager and she seemed just a bit concerned like no big deal. We have been here multiple times and this was the worst visit we ever encountered and will be the last. DO BETTER. Going out to eat isn’t cheap anymore and we work too hard to pay for crappy food and service.

Once I arrived, there was an older lady that was EXTREMELY NASTY and told me they don't remake orders but handed me the new pizza. This pizza was worse as it contained less toppings than the original screw up. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with this SUPPOSED "FAMILY OWNED" Pizza Papalis. The staff loves to say they are family and whatever issues you have will not be addressed by anyone. I will NEVER EVER come to this one again. I would rather drive all the way downtown and get excellent customer service than give this location any more of my hard earned money!!!! Beware if you order from this location.
