  Great breakfast, but I had to go back to counter and remind them about our drinks after about 10 minutes.

  Went in to simply use the bathroom a human right , basic human function which according to other reviews this has been referred to as a “ privilege.” Which is completely incorrect, and whoever this girl is who said that clearly is insecure in her life and needs to be on a power trip. Me and my mom overheard the girl at the front go “probably just another person who wants to purchase nothing and use the bathroom.” Who’s to say that the wouldn’t have purchased something after using it? And even if we didn’t using the bathroom in a human right and who are you to tell someone they can’t go pee? We had to leave because we knew this girl isn’t worth our time of day. Do better , you’re embarrassing.

  I purchased a sandwich and it barely has been 30 minutes (minimum requirement) As I was waiting for my ride after I ate, one of the managers, looked at me, and said “If you’re not making a purchase, I’m going to have to ask you to leave.” It was totally because of my ethnic background and the managers personal contempt and low ego. She did not have to say anything to me at all before I left. Rude, and Un-likable staff. Hilarious.

  this is absolutely the worst McDonalds in Taylor, Michigan. they almost never give you the correct order. the last three times something i ordered was not in the bag. i requested the fries to be cooked to order and i still received soggy limp fries. the customer service is horrendous and they do not even try to resolve the issue. they love to give the money back. the workers is the background were so loud that the drive thru worker could not hear or get my order on screen correctly. just stay away from this one. if i could give less than 1 star i would.

  Went through the drive through and this tall black women with braids ask me if i am deaf cause i didn’t understand what she was saying about my meal which she tried to give me the wrong one on. Simple mistake but to be that rude first thing in the morning is terrible. Normally I don’t have any issues at this location. However it’s no reason why someone is that rude and is front and center of a customer service job. I’m sorry if she had a rough morning but treating customers like that isn’t the answer. She was way too old to be that immature. McDonalds please be aware of how your paying customers are treated at this location. Yes I can hear and I hope the management hears this and several complaints like this!
