This was, without question, the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had in my life. The service was completely unacceptable from beginning to end.
I placed an order for around $25 and paid for everything I ordered. At the first window, the employee took my payment but did not give me a receipt. At the next window, I received a vanilla latte. The employee had specifically asked me what flavor I wanted, and I said vanilla. The latte tasted like it had absolutely no flavor at all. When I told him, he argued with me and insisted that it did have flavor instead of simply fixing the drink.
Then they handed me a tiny bag for a $25 order. I even asked, “Is this my whole order?” My children were in the car, so I was distracted and trying to take care of them. They also forgot to give me my drinks. After driving for about 10 minutes, I realized the drinks were missing, so I had to turn around and drive all the way back just to get something I had already paid for.
When I finally got home, I discovered that HALF OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING. I called the restaurant, expecting at the very least an apology or some kind of solution. Instead, the woman I spoke with repeatedly blamed ME. She told me they did not have one of the sandwiches/wraps I had ordered. My question is simple: If you did not have the item, WHY DID YOU CHARGE ME FOR IT?
Instead of apologizing, offering a refund, or telling me I could come back and get the missing food, she became argumentative and kept saying it was my fault. That is absolutely ridiculous. I am the customer who paid for the food. It is the restaurant’s responsibility to make sure the customer receives what they paid for.
And somehow it got even worse. When we started eating, we discovered that the chicken in one of the McChicken sandwiches appeared to be seriously undercooked. I have a photo and will be posting it with this review. It looked like it had barely been cooked before being put into the sandwich. That is not just bad service — that is a serious food safety concern. And I just had to trush the food and my kids was very hungry
So to summarize: they took my money, did not give me a receipt, gave me a terrible latte, forgot my drinks, left out a huge portion of my food, charged me for an item they apparently did not even have, blamed me when I called about it, argued with me instead of helping, and then served chicken that appeared undercooked.
Absolutely disgusting service and completely unacceptable food.
I would strongly recommend that people AVOID THIS LOCATION. I have been to many McDonald’s restaurants, and I have never experienced anything this unprofessional, disrespectful, careless, and poorly managed. If you value your money, your time, and your safety, go somewhere else.
