  Give me a half filled cup but charged me full priced and told me that’s how it’s supposed to be … I’ll Just go to a different McDonald’s moving forward

  3x I had to tell them, no I only wanted my order: 2x before I even made the order, they asked me if I wanted blah or blah, and then after the order they asked me again, if I wanted anything else / WOW !!! ARE ALL MCDONALD'S BECOME THIS? OR IS THIS JUST FOR THIS PARTICULAR SITE?

  Went last night around 8:45, ordered a few meals & the new drinks; food took about 20 minutes, ordered the Big Arch minus 1 patty, got home at 9:30 & the sandwich had no patties, only the bun & toppings. The drinks took about 30 minutes & half of them were made wrong. They were very understaffed which is not their fault but for how much food costs, it should be made right & not tastes like it’s been sitting out all day.

  ***Update**** Corporate sent me some useless link to do a survey, instead of solving the problem, which is bad service at their stores. The wife still likes the coffee but this is it, the second time this week we had to wait more than 15 minutes for two coffees and two pies, right now I had to cancel the order because it was ridiculous that anyone that walks into the store has to wait 15+ minutes for their order while you see car after car go by and the customer at the counter is ignored. You would say, why don't you use the drive-thru then, because they always manage to screw up the coffee order too, if you ask for cold latte you get a hot one, in the middle of the winter you ask for a hot latte and you get an iced one. Then to top it off, the manager had such a bad attitude to refund the items, because I got tired of waiting more than 15 minutes, and I didn't give her any attitude even though I could. Tim Hortons, we are coming back to you. ***** Unfortunately the kid and the wife like McDonald's, but if it was for me I would go to Wendy's or another burger joint. I had to wait 20 minutes for 6 nugget, a coffee and a lemonade, just to tell me 10 minutes in that they don't have lemons, and then wait another 10 minutes to get the lemonade. If they don't have an item on the menu, why it is not removed? And why they have to wait for telling you after 10 or more minutes? Also, I had to tell them about my missing drinks as if me standing there waiting was not enough, and they already had addressed me, I had to remind them of the missing items?

  EVERYTIME you mobile order at this location they will have you pull forward and wait. The problem is not the waiting. It's that everytime they do this my order ends up wrong or by the time they get it to you some of the food is not even hot any more. Waited 10 minutes for my food today. They gave me the wrong sandwich and my Mocha was just coffee and milk and Luke warm. I had complaints about this location before and the owners are always great about correcting things but now it's so consistent it's just not worth the time.
