  Me an my lady left maybe three hrs ago. The place was basically empty. We sat in a booth over twenty minutes as the waitress don’t acknowledge us at all. We decided to leave which was a good thing I believe. As we walked out I could hear a woman laughing very loudly also…

  To Jackie: I’m the “unprofessional” bartender you’re speaking of. Yes, I got overwhelmed. You only witnessed a fraction of the interaction. Those people verbally berated me for a prolonged period of time before anything you witnessed. 45 minutes? Really? I was running my behind off, but you didn’t share that. You didn’t share the horrible things they said to me prior to any of that. Did I handle it poorly? Sure. At the end. Are customers above manners & grace? Yeah, apparently.

  I visited this restaurant tonight, but unfortunately the experience was overshadowed by an extremely uncomfortable situation. Shortly after being seated, we witnessed a bartender yelling at a customer across the bar. From what we overheard, the customer had been waiting around 45 minutes for drinks and questioned why others were being served in the meantime. The bartender responded by saying she was overwhelmed, but the situation quickly escalated—she began slamming doors, shouting, and arguing loudly. What made things worse was hearing another staff member tell the customer, “you can leave,” followed by inappropriate language shouted across the bar. The bartender continued going back and forth to the kitchen, yelling, which created a very tense and unprofessional atmosphere. Eventually, other staff members came out and rudely encouraged the customers to leave. While I understand that busy environments can be stressful, the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. It made the entire space feel uncomfortable, and I genuinely felt bad for the customers involved. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I strongly encourage management to address how staff handle high-pressure situations, as their behavior directly reflects on the business.
