  I was picking up a DoorDash order here, and the manager approached me with an immediate attitude, complaining that the order had been sitting for 30 minutes. I apologized and explained that I was on a "stacked" delivery. I was sent to Meijer first to shop for 20+ items before the app directed me here. Despite my explanation, she refused to listen. She continued to yell at me in front of other customers, telling me it was my fault for "accepting the order to begin with." It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. I understand the frustration regarding wait times, but berating a driver for how the DoorDash algorithm functions is ridiculous. Sometimes there are more deliveries than drivers, making "2-in-1" orders a standard part of the job. If this location cannot handle the logistical realities of third-party delivery without verbally abusing drivers, they should stop accepting DoorDash orders. Taking out your stress on a driver who is just following their app's route is immature and creates a toxic environment for everyone in the store. She was worried about one bad review from a customer, now she has two because of how she chose to handle the situation.

  As\n Far as Pizza huts go, it was the absolute worst Pizza Hut. I have ever been to the food sucked and the manager was extremely rude.

  Wonderful food, great service. We almost left right off the start because their menus have no prices, were told that’s because of different pricing at other pizza huts, we were told to scan the QR code, well I leave my phone in the car when dining out, so this was big disappointment and inconvenience!!! Please start pricing your menus dinner time is not cell phone time! Also please repair giant pot hole in parking lot!!
