  Ordered through doordash.com. When they fill these order, they don't seem to be important to the staff (even though the customer is paying for it). The order was about 50% correct, and the curly fries they gave us (not the crinkle we ordered) were old and nasty. They must have wanted to get rid of them before the dinner rush. Remember, these are the people who wanted to be paid the same as skilled labor...

  I ordered 4 items and was given 3 in the bag. Drove back and the manager tried to make it right with a free desert. Got home again and the order was still wrong. Paid for large poppers and they gave me a small. Did not go back. Will not be back.

  As a long time fan of Arbys...happy with this location! Friendly,helpful,always.Just a note: Turnovers have to be put in a small separate bag.They always were,til recently...if putting them in with warm food,they are ruined.The turnover gets mushy,and all the frosting melts off onto the wax sleeve.It may have seemed a added expense to use another bag,but it was essential.See you soon!😊

  First time here and last one customer service was very terrible no hello got a have a nice day but the chick in drive thru didn’t even look like she wanted to work and food gave me diarrhea as soon as I ate it will never go back there
