  Great food. Music is way too loud. Can't hear what staff is saying when you order. Had to wait outside for order.

  I was moved by my experience and driven to write this review. Clean facility, updated, and the food was perfect. The best toasted Jimmy John's sub I've had, it was actually fully toasted and just delicious. Keep up the good work!

  Consistently the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. We have tried drive thru several times with bad experiences on how long we have had to wait—I tried mobile ordering instead and it took them 25 minutes to complete my order—which includes me waiting in store for almost 15 minutes. Why are you not completing tickets as they come in??
