Waited in one of the menu spots for over 10 minutes. A worker came on the speaker just to turn the button off and said nothing to us. If not accepting orders through those spots why not say that? Taking time to turn the speaker on just to turn off is disrespectful and I rather have a real answer than waiting.

I attempted to use the side dock to order just simple drinks. The sign directly above the menu reading “open late” and I was confirmed there 2 hours before closing. I waited for 15 minutes waiting to place my order when my call button was turned off with no response. If you are going to claim to be open late and have the spots open then operate them as so and don’t leave customers wasting their time.

Super yummy! Me and my fiance visited for the first time ever last night, and we loved it! We tried the garlic Parmesan ranch crispy tender wrap and it was fresh and delicious! We also got a free double sonic smash burger, and it was fresh and flavorful, such a good deal just for signing up for the mobile rewards. As for treats, I tried the turtle truffle nut blast, and my fiance tried the Oreo cheesecake master shake. I personally loved my blast, the almonds were crunchy and sweet and the turtles weren't too hard to bite into, they were actually very relatively soft! My fiance loved his shake as well, he said it was one of the best shakes he had from any fast food place! The woman who brought our food out was very polite and brought our stuff out fast. We just checked in on the app for our mobile order, and a few minutes later she came out with everything! 10/10 first time experience, we will be revisiting this location!
