This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at this Sonic location.
We went up to place our order and Angelo immediately gave off the impression that he did not care at all. He was slow, rude, annoyed, and acted like helping customers was a burden. His tone was completely unprofessional from the start.
When we received our food, the toppings were clearly not the same amount I have received the other times I’ve been here. I’ve ordered from this location before, so I know what the food is supposed to look like. When we brought it back, Angelo insisted the correct toppings were added instead of actually checking it or fixing the issue properly.
We asked for a manager, and he said he was the manager. When we asked for a supervisor, he looked even more irritated, like the complaint was bothering him. That tells me the issue at this location is not just one bad employee, it is bad management.
This visit was honestly embarrassing for Sonic. The attitude, the lack of care, and the way customers are treated here is unacceptable. Sonic keeps replying to reviews saying they are “reviewing” these situations, but clearly nothing is changing. It sounds more like damage control than actual improvement.
If this kind of service continues, don’t expect customers to keep returning to this location. I definitely won’t be.

This is the worst sonic any one can go to, absolutely ridiculous. Customers is a negative star, Angelo was very rude and doesn’t act like a manager or care about customers. Never going back
drive thru or walk up service only.... use to love this place and the service they provide.... now only visit once or twice a year, my kids still like the slushes..
One of the best experiences ive had the girl Brooklyn at the counter was so much help my mom barely spoke english and she helped my mom understand the menu and our food tasted so great Props to the workers in the back and for our food and props to brooklyn!!!
Ordered here and both my all American hot dogs were freezing cold in the middle, went back through the drive through to have them remake them for me and the guy at the window with glasses on and the mic/ headset on his head said he could only remake one of them and argued with my boyfriend as to why he couldn’t remake both of them so my boyfriend told him to remake both of them and we still paid for both that he remade. Over the mic he already sounded like he hated his job and his life and kept saying “mmm k” after every thing we ordered. Horrible experience and I will be contacting corporate. Cashiers name is Angelo.
