  Visit this particular mcdonald's on november 6th. If I can give this place, zero stars, I would!!!!!! horrible, terrible, ridiculous! Why are you here? If you can't serve the customers. It's like an assembly line, place your order. We take your money and you go on about your business. No customer service at all!!!!!!!!! The people who come bring the order up front, just call out a number and walk right back to the back. I had to holler out for somebody to come and help and to see when my order was coming up. when you ask the manager Kate about the kiosk machines being broken. And not printing ticket number, she rather talked to the associates. Then, to talk to the customers, then she said, I was being rude because I was upset because I had waited on my food for a while and didn't even know what number was to my order, because the machine wasn't printing out. She said it has been broken for 3 days and it was only three people back there working. That's not my problem. The problem was, no one came to the front to see what the fourier was looking like. How many people were there? No one came to the front to even greet the customers who placed orders in the building... or to offer help.!!! So I asked for refund, I will not spend my money somewhere where I am not treated with respect. You come in here, you just a number!!!!!! this place is a joke!!!!!!!!! Customer service is horrible here.👎

  This mcdonalds has the rudest employees by far at any food business I've ever been to, fast food or dine in. Everyone is so short with you, attitude, quick to walk away, practically run away from you as you're talking to them. They always forget to pull things I've ordered in the bag and never make the food with the MINOR modifications I'd ask for, like extra pickles, or extra ketchup. In fast if you ask for extra ketchup, expect nearly a bottle of ketchup on that sandwich, so much ketchup that it's made the bun soggy within the 5 minutes it might take you to get home. Corporate needs to do a sweep of this location including all levels of its management. They don't deserve their over payed spot when they consistently are this bad, it's practically on purpose. Alright, end of rant, I'll drive 15 extra minutes to the better mcdonalds

  If I could give a 0 stars if I would, there is a manager there, Tiara who is bitter, rude and appalling. I watched her belittle an employee at the window for a whole 5 mins while I was patiently waiting on my food. She almost brought the poor girl to tears. I was disgusted. No wonder it takes so long for orders to come out, you have a manager yelling at half the staff. As a manager myself, I would have fired Tiara for being such a menace to her staff. YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE GARBAGE & THINK THAT ITS OKAY. You’re a horrible human being Tiara.

  No ice cream yet again at 6pm...person taking orders extremely rude. His greeting was are you using to mobile app? So use to that being a recording we started ordering...he said "guess you aren't using the app" wow really. Took 10 mins to get food.... I give up on ever getting ice at McDonald's

  Everything about this Mcdonald's is a complete joke. Megan and every single other manager in this establishment should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of professionalism, courtesy or consideration they give to the customer. Not only do you never get your food right? If you get your food at all at this establishment, but every single time you correct their mistakes for them. It is met with attitude, controversy and ignorance as if they can't believe they made the mistake in the first place. Which would be somewhat understandable if mistakes were rare, however, they are not every single time I come to this location, it is a problem. Even with simple orders like a kid's meal, they get it wrong. Every time. I used to wonder what the point of writing the review is. But now i've decided that the point of writing this review is for anyone who might have the unfortunate instance of coming across this location and deciding. You know what, maybe I'll just get food here, don't, whatever you do for the love of god, don't.
