  I wish I could give this place a better review. The only time I do not experience issues is at night with the gentleman working and in the morning with a woman named Lisa and a gentleman named devin. The nights ive gone in there with the woman working my food is wrong and the attitude I get from the her has made me never want to come in at night again but going when the gentleman is working makes it worth it. The cashier at the first window at night is a mess. It takes a long time to order and get through that line because of him. During the day it seems no one is on the same page. They have a lot of younger managers working there that seem like they are on a power trip and dont care much about how things are ran. Not to mention the lack of GM appearance. I've asked to speak to the general manager a few times and it seems that she is never actually on location. Now in my day GMs were supposed to be at location to offer support to their crew but it doesn't seem that's the case at this location like it is others. Now let's start with this location being out of a lot or at night the woman manager will tell me she can not complete my order. I have given this location several chances since its on my way to work and its more convenient for me but at this time I have to leave a review and go out of my way from here on out because of the lack of consistency, lack of qualified managers, lack of leadership on the GMs part, attitude from staff and lack of care from most the employees. There is a few people here that kept me coming but I can no longer continue giving them chances they very obviously do not deserve. In my opinion the big boss needs to do his job and look into this stores chain of management to see whats going on. It all starts there. If you want good food and friendly staff i suggest you go elsewhere. That's just not something you'll get here except when certain people seem to be here. And if you have an issue dont even try getting to the GM she seems to be a myth.

  This location is crap. Two days in a row that gave me the wrong order.And today, I said at the driveu being ignored for about five minutes. I'm pretty sure the employee was sitting out in his dodge challenge or smoking.

  Waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru and they stopped taking my order and legit took someone else's.

  My dear for lunch ordered a happy meal for my coud and stood there for ten minutes to get us bright.And I asked 416 time 46 different people want to be ignored.Come here, or you mean, don't come dying in just go through the drive through worse experience

  Employees are rude, wait is always long, order is always wrong. I visited often. The manager, I think her name is Lisa, is especially rude to customers and the other employees.
