- DMDoug MAug 21, 20261.0I love Jimmy John's but unfortunately this location seems unable to make a customized sandwich. I order pretty much the same thing every time and I never know what I'm getting. Today I had a coupon for a toasted sandwich. Since there is no toasted veggie sandwich I have to customize a beach club (remove turkey and provolone). Seems simple right. Nope. I ended up with a tomato, onion and lettuce sandwich. Somehow no cucumber and no avocado either. Disgusting. Done with this location. Hire people who can read?
