  This place is a joke and I'll never order a sandwich from them again. My wife gets home with our two sandwiches; one has some spicy sauce on it that we did not ask for, and the other sandwich wasn't the right sandwich at all. The receipt stapled to the bag listed the correct name and order on it... what gives? Then I looked at the numbers written in black crayon on the side of the wrappers and both of them were scribbled out. I don't know what they were trying to pull, but it's no surprise this place has such a low rating. Every other Jimmy John's location in the area always gives us the correct order in a timely fashion. Lesson learned and I won't go near this place again. And I apologize to my amazing wife who had to drive back and get the order fixed. I would have lost my mind if I went in there.

  Easy online ordering and my sandwiches were prepared exactly as I requested! Deee-licious! The young man at the cash register was very friendly and polite as well! A five-star experience all the way. Thank you Jimmy John's on Van Dyke south of 16 Mile!

  Was charged for extra turkey on 4 sandwiches and gave worker my number for points- he blocked my number after reciting it and did not put extra turkey on any of the sandwiches. I will never go to this location again. I received deceiving, evil, expensive, unnecessary, and horrible customer service.
