- CRCydney RiceOct 11, 20261.0The worker was ignorant. I got a platter of 18 sandwiches and when I called my order in I asked for turkey, ham and Italian subs. I noticed I got turkey and Italian only and it was mostly turkey which im not particularly a fan of I just added that to have variety for my guests. So I told the young man my order was wrong and I told him what I originally asked for. He then tells me " well I was told differently '....ok great but I would like what I ASKED for. Then once again instead of just giving me what I asked and paid for he tells me "Well the Italian has ham on it" guess he thought I was supposed to be satisfied with that crazy response. Like at that point I feel like your just telling me what your going to give me and im suppose to be ok with that and STILL pay for that. Customer service really sucks these days and im tired of it. Please do better.
