Not sure whats going on here, only one drive through window, went to order and two people are trying to take down my order at the same time through the speaker, let them know that, and then they continued to do it multiple times throughout ordering having us "hold on a second" multiple times. Again, went to add the last few items for the order and the other person responded "please pull up to the window", while the other was telling us to let them know what else we were still ordering. Tried to get an berry protein refresher, just to keep being told the 'acai berry is discontinued', and kept having to repeat the name just to be told finally "I can't find the berry protein refresher" when its on the menu at the drive thru. While waiting at the window, not a single word was said, no apologies for the technically difficuties or not being able to find the item on the menu, no here is your order, hi, hello, nothing Avocado toast wasnt toasted, recieved a straw for a hot drink, which i dont care for, but considering all the factors, a 2 minute visit turned into 10 minutes of absolute confusion and poor service Staff needs better training

Convenient location with a drive through. Average selection of standard donuts, coffee, snacks, etc. The employees appear to be courteous and hard working, doing their best to fulfill the needs of the customers. The donuts are good, but not would I call "gourmet". There are much better quality and tastier donuts from some of the competition. The landscaping that faces Mound Road has several weeds and could use some work. It creates a bad impression of the business and the neighborhood.

I normally like the people here, but I think during the nurses’ week— as advertised for Dunkin, (even looked it up too and this location was listed as one), they were kinda rude on the phone or in person about it. Anyways, I still bought something, it was kind of a let down…

I think my biggest criticism of the atmosphere is very much related to the service and the people that we're helping us. I do not completely fault them as there was only one person running the whole shop on a Thursday. Evening, when cars were constantly coming in through the drive through to get coffee and other items, there were customers inside of the store. But then we showed up with a large group of kids and we felt like we were sidelined because of the size of our group. There were a couple of people that were let through ahead of us without even acknowledging that we have been there for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, there were a couple of other things that really rupped us off the wrong way again. This is no criticism to the person who was there by themselves that day. Maybe more so to the management that would staff a place with only one person and no contingency plans. In our case, the first thing that happened, that really was surprising. And a little annoying was when we asked for water, the guy said it would be charged for each one at the rate of a dollar. However, when he was trying to pour my coffee. He put 2 cups inside of each other. Wasting a cup for me not to burn my hand I guess the other thing that was even more alarming was the fact that they do advertise their ice cream cookie as one that is either available or one that you can customize. So when we actually went to him to ask for a customized cookie, just to make it easier to feed 811-year-old boys, instead of him making customized scoops for each one. Huey was very defensive and said that he's running the whole shop by himself. This is something that he doesn't know how to do very quickly, and it will take him some time. He needs to go find the crust and he will not be able to do this for us. It was a little off-putting, especially that we were willing to wait a little bit, and the worst part was that, you know, when I asked him, like, all right. So what's the solution? He's like? Oh, maybe you should go somewhere else. And when I heard that I was obviously with the straw but I still did not want to ruin our experience. And we ended up just going with regular. Ice cream cones and then leaving. I would be more than happy to change my reviews if I ever go visit again. But it's worth noting those issues. So that management can hopefully improve the quality of their service. And insure that they are providing the best quality service and they're not losing customers for these silly reasons. Thank you.
