- SWS WMay 13, 20261.0Not sure whats going on here, only one drive through window, went to order and two people are trying to take down my order at the same time through the speaker, let them know that, and then they continued to do it multiple times throughout ordering having us "hold on a second" multiple times. Again, went to add the last few items for the order and the other person responded "please pull up to the window", while the other was telling us to let them know what else we were still ordering. Tried to get an berry protein refresher, just to keep being told the 'acai berry is discontinued', and kept having to repeat the name just to be told finally "I can't find the berry protein refresher" when its on the menu at the drive thru. While waiting at the window, not a single word was said, no apologies for the technically difficuties or not being able to find the item on the menu, no here is your order, hi, hello, nothing Avocado toast wasnt toasted, recieved a straw for a hot drink, which i dont care for, but considering all the factors, a 2 minute visit turned into 10 minutes of absolute confusion and poor service Staff needs better training
