I’m a regular customer at this Domino’s. I live only about 0.6 miles away, and I’ve ordered from here frequently because of the convenience and rewards. Unfortunately, after what happened today, I will never be ordering from this location again. I walked in and nobody was at the counter, so I decided to use the bathroom while I waited\. When I opened the bathroom door, I discovered that an employee was inside with the door completely unlocked. Needless to say, that was an extremely uncomfortable way to start my visit. 😂 I came back out and there was still nobody at the register. One employee was working around the pizza- cutting station, while an older gentleman was somewhere in the restaurant but not at the register or pizza station. Since nobody was taking orders, I jokingly called out to the woman, “You know what I really want to eat?” She asked, “What do you want to eat?” I said, “A marinara bowl.” She told me they don’t sell that. I responded, jokingly, that technically they still had the ingredients to make something similar. That’s when the older gentleman suddenly told me to get out and refused to serve me. I asked why, and he told me, “I don’t take people’s shit.” I’m honestly still confused about that interaction. I wasn’t being rude, disrespectful, or aggressive. I was actually being friendly and joking around. I simply asked about an item that wasn’t on the menu. I hadn’t even gotten the opportunity to place an actual order before I was told to leave. And somehow, the situation escalated to the point where the police were called on me. I literally walked into this restaurant intending to buy food. I would have happily ordered something else, even a chicken Alfredo bowl, but the customer service was so poor that I never even got the chance to place an order. I understand that restaurant employees deal with difficult customers, I really do, But I was polite, friendly, and professional, and being treated like I had done something wrong was extremely frustrating. Nobody wants to walk into a restaurant hungry and leave feeling angry and disrespected. And as a regular customer, I’ll be honest about something else: the food has always been pretty average to me. I’ve continued ordering from this location primarily because it’s convenient and because of the rewards. I can’t remember the last time I ate here and thought, “Wow, that was incredible.” It’s usually just okay. So when you combine mediocre food with an experience like this, there’s really no reason for me to continue giving this location my business. I’ve tipped the delivery drivers well, ordered from here regularly, and supported this location for a long time, After this experience, I honestly feel cheated and extremely disappointed , I almost wish I could get some of those good tips back 😂 As a customer, I don’t want to feel angry, cheated, or uncomfortable toward a business I regularly support. **My advice: stay away.** If you’re deciding between this Domino’s and Jet’s, I’d personally go to Jet’s

I’ve been getting pizza here for years and today I went to go grab pizza for my kids and they went and up charged me but this isn’t the first time they charged me more than what is written in the menu it was this older guy that was charging us. He didn’t even charge us the menu pricing he charged us more than that. The customer service is also not good at all I’ve told all my customers that come to my hair salon to go and grab pizza from there but now I’m going to tell them don’t. I wish the owner would check the cameras and see what is happening.

Nice location and the pizza was fresh and tasty. Becca is a courteous woman and her other coworkers are awesome for giving me a free 2 liter drink in replacement for a missing topping !
