  $12 for not even half a bowl??? It’s a shame I have to walk in to the store to make sure they actually put food in the bowl.

  Rice way undercooked. Place is always dirty. And the large woman manager is rude and acts like doing her job is an inconvenience. I will drive an extra 10 minutes to go the chipotle on hall road by lakeside. Do not go here you will he very disappointed and angry. The biggest problem at this location is the large woman manager. She needs to be fired. She is awful at her job.

  This is one of the best Chipotle locations I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, and the rice is soft and fluffy instead of dry like at some other locations. Everything tasted great, and the staff did a nice job. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. The second I walked in eyes rolled and no one came to take my order for at least 5 minutes. I was the only person in line. I was met with attitude. Extremely small portion sizes. she put 4 tiny pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of lettuce on my bowl. I was shocked at the level of service I received. As I’m scrolling through the reviews I see other people feel the same. I am reusing this picture someone else posted because it was the same lady. Will never be going to this chipotle again.

  Extremely unpleasant experience. My group of friends and I came here to eat, and the problems started as soon as we got our order. I noticed that my drink cup wasn’t included with my online order, so I politely let the employee (the woman pictured below) know. Instead of responding professionally, she rolled her eyes at me before getting the cup. That immediately gave me the impression that she had an attitude for no reason. After that, my friends and I were sitting and talking at a normal volume. There was another group of boys nearby who were much louder than we were, yet she came over to our table and told us to lower our voices in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Most of us work in customer service, so we understand that dealing with customers can be frustrating at times. If she had simply asked us politely, we would have had no problem lowering our voices. The issue wasn’t what she asked—it was the way she spoke to us. Later, one of us accidentally dropped something, and she immediately looked at us and yelled, “WHAT DID I JUST SAY?” It was clearly an accident, and her reaction felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful. It honestly seemed like she was singling our group out. I hope management David Gomez addresses the way this employee treats customers because no one should be spoken to like that. I’ve included a picture of the employee below.
