honestly, the words i want to say, i cannot say, this Chipotle is genuinely one of the worst ones, ESPECIALLY when the short(plus size)manager is working, don’t want to be rude when i describe her but i’m sure everyone knows her. what is she doing? why do my bowls get smaller and smaller every single time i come here, genuinely unacceptable and embarrassing, they’re always out of something somehow even when they’re not busy, every other day that i go and she isn’t working my bowls are normal, but it seems shes put a scare tactic onto her employees to do the same thing she does, am i missing something here or??

Don't bother at this point. Aside from. The massive decrease in quality from Chipotle as a whole, this location is somehow worse. The last few times we went we've had issues with food quality and order accuracy, but my kids really wanted Chipotle tonight and I caved. Never again. We picked up the food from the drive through, on time, in the sealed bag with the correct order on the receipt. We get home and we are missing a full children's order and the other two kids quesadillas were uncooked - Physically cold with unmelted cheese. My burrito bowl was also cold. I'm assuming it was prepared when my order was placed instead of around pick-up time and allowed to sit for 20 minutes before I got there. When I tried to call the store about bringing the food back for a refund, no answer, just rang until I got an automated voicemail. When I tried their website I got a half baked virtual assistant that didn't provide any assistance or a way to contact a human. If it was just me I'd have taken it back out of principle, but my kids were hungry so I cooked the quesadillas their employees couldn't be bothered to and made some food for my kid whose food wasn't provided. Seriously, it's not worth the price and there are at least a dozen better actual Mexican restaurants within a couple miles. Save your money, cook at home, or head up to Que Pasa or Tienda Mexicana, I promise you'll have a better experience

Dominic the manager was so rude! He has poor customer service. I asked for vinaigrette he said no. He said I am only allowed two sides and I have too many already. He stated online has a limit of two sides per online order. I placed 3 bowls and retrieved 2 hot sauces on the side and sour cream. Also paid for guacamole. He said I must come in to pay for it after I already placed a pick up window order. I told him I have never received this experience and was told I couldn’t get it. He shrugged his shoulders. I said I have young kids in the car I can’t get out and he said well those are the rules. I then asked for one justification as of I only got two sides of hot I should be allowed one vinaigrette. No empathy and had nasty attitude. I am not sure how Dominic is even a manger.

Wish I could give zero stars. After reading some reviews I see I’m not the only one who thinks that manager needs to be fired. She watched the other workers while she stood there and the line continued to get longer. I asked the worker to wrap my tortilla tight, and they charged me for an extra tortilla? Not what I asked for or what I got. Then when I noticed my burrito was dragging on the counter because it was off the foil, they didn’t even offer to remake it. They just stuck another foil under it.
They were out of coke and lemonade, so I asked the manager if they had bottle coke. She told me no and it’s coming tomorrow. I said I don’t like any of these drinks and she just ignored me so I had to get one of the special lemonades.
The chips were so stale, I threw most of them away. My queso was less than half filled. And they charge a lot for it. I watched the manager yell at 4-5 different guests too. All while standing at her throne (the register) since she can’t be bothered to take her self over to help her workers. Large build brunette. My receipt says Dima is her name. I won’t be returning to this location. I come here 4-5 times a month and have for years. I’ll go to the mound store and hope that corporate gets rid of that useless manager.

I eat Chipotle all the time, and this experience was absolutely infuriating! I came here on my lunch break, got out of the car, and my food spilled through the bag because they didn’t put the lid on correctly. I even paid extra for my chicken, and I couldn’t enjoy it because it was on the ground! I called them to let them know, and they had the audacity to tell me they cannot replace it. This is completely unacceptable, and I am beyond frustrated with this poor service!
