The ladies running the front station both look extremely confused and like they maybe aren’t equipped to take care of this task by themselves. By the time my child and I got to the first station .. as I questioned if I should even purchase this shit and ingest it.. I asked for a bowl with a tortilla inside of the bowl, the young lady proceeded to place my tortilla in the bowl and pour a teaspoon of rice in next like the rice is personally paid for by her. Then I got one bite of chicken and globs of sour cream. To seal it off, she balled my damn foil top up and sent me on my way. In all my visits to this location on Hall road, I have never been this annoyed.

I come here often and have never really had any issues before, but this time was completely different. The portions were much smaller than usual, especially for the price. When I politely asked for a little more, the employees seemed annoyed and made me feel uncomfortable for even asking. On top of that, the customer service was very rude. The staff came across as unfriendly and acted like helping customers was a burden. I understand everyone has bad days, but this experience was not what I’ve come to expect from this location. I’m hoping this was just a one-time issue because I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this visit left me really disappointed.

I purchased meals for myself and my son, only to discover that the rice was noticeably undercooked and hard throughout. I also had to wait approximately 12 minutes off to the side for fresh vegetables because none were readily available. This was our first meal of the day, and I spent the last of my available money expecting food that was properly prepared and safe to enjoy. Unfortunately, the meals were not edible as served. This was my first visit to this location, and it will absolutely be my last. I hope management addresses the food-quality and preparation issues so another customer does not have the same experience.
