  Very disappointed in the food taste and value. Spent over $100 on carry out for basically nothing. Ordered the chicken piccata family meal (supposedly for 4) and what I got was bland 6 tiny, flat pieces of dry chicken with capers thrown on it and no sauce. The side of pasta it comes with was enough for one maybe two people. Salad was decent size. I also ordered a side of spinach for $8.99 and got a side for one person that was about a half cup. Also ordered meatballs and ricotta app and got two tiny meatballs.

  Today was my first opportunity to try this restaurant and wow it was amazing. I love the scenery inside the old Italian look of like the old city. It was pretty awesome. Service was really good. Everything came out promptly. From the bread to the soup to the pasta to my Veal Parmesan I’ll give this a five stars all across the board

  I've been a loyal Carrabba's customer for many years and have dined at locations across several states. Without question, the Sterling Heights location is the best I've experienced. From the moment you walk in, you're made to feel like family. Operating Proprietor Christina sets the tone with her warm, welcoming presence, and it shows throughout the entire restaurant. She genuinely cares about the guest experience, and it makes a lasting impression. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. On the rare occasion something isn't quite right, the staff corrects it immediately with professionalism and a smile. That level of customer service is becoming harder to find, and it's one of the many reasons I continue coming back. If you're looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a restaurant where you're treated like a valued guest every visit, Carrabba's in Sterling Heights is the place to go. Highly recommended!

  My girlfriends and I chose Carrabba’s to celebrate my birthday last night because it has always been our go-to restaurant for birthday dinners over the years. Unfortunately, this visit was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling unimportant on what should have been a special occasion. We spent approximately 2½ hours at the restaurant, and throughout most of that time our water glasses sat empty. They were only refilled after we specifically asked. It was also very obvious that we were celebrating a birthday, as there were gifts on the table and plenty of excitement among our group. What was most disappointing was that our server never acknowledged my birthday with the complimentary dessert that Carrabba’s typically offers. When we eventually asked about it ourselves, the dessert was brought out without a candle, and there was no birthday recognition from the staff. When I asked about the candle, our server stated that she didn’t want to embarrass herself by singing, so she didn’t include one. That response was surprising and made the experience feel even less special. To make matters worse, the dessert that was supposed to be complimentary was charged on our bill. When I pointed it out, the server blamed someone else for not reviewing it rather than simply apologizing and correcting the mistake. I’ve celebrated many birthdays at Carrabba’s over the years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The food was fine, but the service made what should have been a memorable birthday dinner feel overlooked and unimportant. I left feeling let down rather than celebrated.

  I want to recognize Christine Neal for the outstanding job she does at Carrabba’s in Sterling Heights. Christine has always gone above and beyond to make everything right. She has a rare ability to turn a disappointing situation into a great one, and that kind of leadership and customer service is hard to find. Christine genuinely cares about her guests. She takes the time to listen, follows up, and makes sure every customer feels valued and appreciated. You can tell she takes pride in her restaurant, her team, and the experience she provides. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication consistently set this location apart from every other Carrabba’s we’ve visited. The company needs to know what a special person they have in Christine. Employees like her are the reason customers become loyal customers. She is the reason my family chooses this Carrabba’s location over any other. We know that when Christine is there, we will be taken care of and treated with respect. I cannot recommend this location enough. If you’re looking for great food and exceptional customer service, this is the Carrabba’s to visit. Christine is truly an asset to the company, and Carrabba’s is lucky to have her. Thank you, Christine, for always going above and beyond for your guests. It does not go unnoticed.
