He said he would cancel order and address phone issue. The cake was ordered for yesterday. I made the trip today, couldn't undertand the people at the counter with thick accents wearing masks an English spreaking employee had to come assist...telling me my cake is being made as we are speaking! I told her it had been canceled and Im here for cash refund as I used my debit card. The man insisted I had to put it back on my debit that didn't have with me. He sent me away. Thankfully I found it in my car! I would never recommend not return to any dunkin or baskin Robbins .

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
