  Not only was the food utterly disgusting, I got to listen to the employees brag about how their main prerogative was to end up fired because they hate their jobs. Airing out loud about how the entire staff was sick and how disgusting everything was there. 4/16 at 5:20pm. It took them over 10m to prepare two BnC meals and at one point they were so busy bragging about how much they hate the place that they just set my order down somewhere, forgot about me, and then had to turn and ask what I had again. Fries were double dipped and literally 2 mediums and 1 large were a bunch of tidbits with nothing substantial. I tried to ignore all their rhetoric because I work in the industry, but I think they were actively wanting me to leave before I got my food. Needless to say this is the second problem I've had here.. and the short, super wide black girl that runs the show doesn't wear a name tag so I can't actually report her name like the others. I think she might be the manager the way everyone follows. I've already complained from a previous visit and the company only gave me a free sandwich. I won't stop at this location again and I made locals aware of how disgusting this place is as well. Good day 🫡 will be finding my before work snacky elsewhere.

  The beef and cheddar was cold, the cheese was tasteless and watery, the sandwich came on a raw hamburger bun. The person that served us was not friendly. The potato cakes were good though. I was very disappointed.

  Waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 5 minutes and didn't hear anyone to take my order. I saw people in the window that were working looks like they were just kind of standing around not cleaning so I thought they were open. This was 8:50 p.m. on a Saturday and it says they're open till 10:00 p.m. so after trying to say hello a few times I just left.

  Quick and efficient service here and the food was quite tasty. An Arby's meal is always been a good value choice
