  Immediately when I walked in it smelled bad. We waited probably 20 minutes for hour food, and there was one guy ahead of us. We watched them mess up his order and make him stand there and wait for them for another 10 minutes. I’ve never been so annoyed waiting so long for my food, and the cashier seemed more concerned with talking to her friends. Would’ve been faster to drive to a further Arby’s.

  Something has changed with Arby's food. Today a Friend and I had Lunch at the Arby's on Schoenner. The Arby's sauce tastes different than I'm used to having. Not sure if I'd go back again to any Arby's location. The staff at the front counter did their job excellently, I've no problem with them one bit.

  I have not been here in years due to the poor rude service I experienced many times. Well, decided to try it again. The service left something to be desired as usual, but the main issue is that I ordered a Chicken Cordon Bleu.... THEY FORGOT THE CHICKEN ON THE SANDWICH, the main ingredient. So basically i paid for a bun with one slice of ham, cheese and mayo. I was a few miles away already when I found out so there was no point in going back. What a rip off. Never again.

  The service and speed here are absolutely amazing, which is the only reason I keep coming back. But to charge almost $6 for THREE "tenders" that are even smaller than nuggets is down right a scam. These are basically three pieces of popcorn chicken, be careful what you order here.
