My girlfriend and I came here after grocery shopping. We were really craving Arby's! We were looking forward to it, actually. However, when we placed our order, we were told to pull to a parking lot for roughly 10 minutes or so. When yhe employee came out with our food, he didnt realize we had drinks, which was honestly the the person at the window's fault for not giving us our drinks.
We ordered a #1 1/2lb combo with a Dr.Pepper and a Turkey bacon ranch combo Strawberry lemon aid. When we got the food brought out, my girlfriend noticed the fries were cold, as if they been sitting there for a good while. I took the food back in, since we were still waiting on the drinks. I asked for fresh fries. While I was waiting for my fresh, hot fries, I took thst time to check our sandwiches. By 1/2 pounder was a little warm, but really. Really. Really. Pink all over. Unfortunately I had groceries in the car, so I could not wait for a different sandwich, where I was worried if it would be not cooked right. The man, I assumed to be the manager, offered me a full refund for the order.
I got my refund confirmation receipt, just waiting for the bank to clear it. With undercooked food, and a disappointed feeling from this experience, I will honestly not come back to this location again.
