  This is by far the worst experience ever. I agree with customer 8 months ago. Still no change they are on vacation and could careless that your food is on the warm instead of giving it to you. Music loud food horrible, service was the worst

  I stopped because I read on the sign that it was under new management. I stopped there Monday to get an Orange Cream shake, and was told the shake machine was down. I stopped there tonight and no one greeted me or took my order…instead they walked past the counter where I was standing more than once and never addressed me. They just looked at me more than once and kept going. Please just close this location… poor service was the reason why I stopped going there to begin with.

  Went for the free curly fries because the Tigers scored 3 runs, had my family and went through the drive thru and they wouldn't do it, they made our whole family come inside for the fries. First time that's ever happened. They were Very upset that I had free cards for a sandwich .
