- TTTaylorJul 13, 20261.0I wanted to love this place so badly. It's right on my way to work, they have so much to offer, and it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Unfortunately the staff here is so, so incredibly rude it actually blows my mind that they think it's acceptable to treat customers this way. They are rude and dismissive, they talk over you when you're telling them what you want, they don't bag your items, and it seems like they want you to forget things you asked for on the counter as they scan your items and then move them to the side, not towards you. They also don't hand you your goods in any way, you have to gather it all from the counter (closer to them). After my experience today I sincerely do not want to come back again. The hot food is also extremely fried, it's really nothing special and nothing i want to eat on my way to work on an average day. I could've looked past that because of how many other snacks, beverages and souvenirs they offer, but their treatment of customers is so unacceptable I can't ever bring myself to go back and give them business.

New to Royalton Township - St. Joseph, Krispy Krunchy Chicken is already a staple to the area, bringing southern taste to this beautiful community. The honey biscuits are my favorite! No need for a honey bun, get you a box of 6 biscuits! The chicken is seasoned well, crunchy, and puts pressure on other chicken places around. I'm looking forward to trying other items! I love the service. Great and friendly people who's eager to serve. The price is moderate, not too high, but not the cheapest. The location is located at the new BP Gas Station, so decent parking. If you're seeking fried chicken, this is your spot. Check them out, now!
