  This Taco Bell is just not what it used to be! Every time I have been through the drive through in the last few weeks, my order is incorrect or missing something. Guess I will have to start driving to DeWitt. Very frustrating!

  Nobody at the counter or on line I said hello 4 times before any one came out to take my order cant have avocado in the avocado ranch, I told the guy this and instead of accommodating me with regular spicy ranch I was still upcharged almost a dollar for a sauce change I will never be going back to this taco bell Horrible service stay far away!!!!

  Absolutely not acceptable.. my fries were hard super crispy and cold..: I threw one at my wall and it broke in half.. fries should not break In half from being so hard… yall need to take some lessons from Alma Taco Bell they would never ever sell some nasty expired fries.. those fries from the time they are cooked until they expire from fr way ness is 7 mins tops those fries are atleast 30 mins old maybe not even that point being they are not edible and im in disbelief yall would serve them to a customer.. u guys go to classes and learn how to serve people and quality and freshness.. yall need to be retrained… corporate is not gonna be happy

  Ordered online and picked up in store for dine in. Food was ready and correct when we got there. Items were made as requested and set out on time. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Good experience for the family and I.
